My First Day in UTP
“Welcome to Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS” said the guard. When I came to UTP, I saw there are so beautiful environments, many of unique buildings, and wow, there are huge lakes at the left side of the university. As I informed before, the land of Seri Iskandar before are the minefield. Then, my family and I driving straight go to the Chancellor Hall. The hall was so big and looks grand. The design was so creative and never seen at the other place or other university. At beside of the huge hall, there are a beautiful library and full of knowledge. The library is known as Information Resource Centre. After that, I registered myself in the left side of the hall. There was the briefings to all of us about many important things that should we know in UTP. After finish, I’d be given a room with my roommate at Block Metana in Village 6. The room was established for two students only. Gratefully, my roommate is also my friend in previous school. At the night, we were introduced by all facilitators at the main hall with a dramatic scene and creatively ceremony. The facilitators are very sporting and friendly. They make the MAS for this May 2011 intake was very enjoy and memorable time to all us especially me myself.
